"Exactly the kind of quality I expected"
I had a good feeling about this rug when I ordered it, and it pretty much confirmed what I already thought. It’s really well made, feels solid underfoot, and just has that nice quality feel to it. I’m happy with it

I’m not sure if I’m using it wrong or if it’s just not a good fit for me, but I couldn’t really get comfortable with it. It felt a bit awkward to use, and I kept adjusting it without much luck.

I returned one item and wasn’t sure how long the refund would take, but the money showed up quickly. I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, but it ended up being easy

I had a question before going any further, because I didn’t want to make a mistake or waste time figuring it out myself. Their customer service got back to me really quickly, which was a nice surprise since I’m used to waiting days for replies. The answer was clear and it sorted out what I needed, so I’m happy with the experience

I ordered from tufty.eu and it was a really easy experience, the delivery showed up faster than I thought it would and the tracking kept updating the whole way so I wasn’t left wondering where my stuff was, the package arrived in good condition too and nothing was missing or delayed, so yeah I’d definitely order again because it felt simple and reliable.

"Fit was better than most places I’ve tried"
I ordered from tufty.eu and the sizing was spot on. Compared to a few other shops I’ve bought from, their size guide felt way more accurate and less of a guessing game. It was maybe a tiny bit snug, but still comfortable and totally wearable. I’d definitely order again, I’d just double-check my measurements before picking a size.
